We deliver our IoT solutions to customers with an international context and delivery e.g., Bluewater Group, Nimbus Group (boats), Danfo, Index Residence, Viacon, and Camfil APC.
We work with IoT End to End. Our product portfolio includes hardware with our own embedded middleware as well as Linux edge computing with container technology and the Youmoni IoT Platform delivered as a public and or private cloud service.

Our tech and development are divided into 2 main teams.
Business Solutions Team: Our expert consulting team with project managers, architects, embedded and edge, cloud and front-end developers. Implements and delivers solutions to our customers and assist partners.
Platform Team: Develops our core multi-tenant IoT and AI cloud platform with a back end written in Scala and User Interfaces in React and React Native as well as our embedded middleware for Youmoni and some partners hardware. We invest heavily in private IoT infrastructure and AI/ML including own GPU platform.
Our Teams are dedicated and pushing the boundaries of innovation, creating next-generation IoT platform with AI/ML, with fast and responsive user interfaces for the platform, and designing intuitive native applications that redefine our customers user engagement.

Embedded/Edge Developer – Requirements
Education & Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, PCB layouts, wiring, and IoT hardware components.
Technical Skills
Strong programming skills in C/C++ for embedded systems.
Experience with MCU environments, preferably ESP32/ESP-Cx series and STM32 processors.
Knowledge of FreeRTOS and real-time embedded development.
Understanding of firmware update mechanisms such as watch dog and OTA processes
Knowledge of and or experience with communication, and protocols: UART, SPI, I2C
Experience with debugging tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes).
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Familiarity with DevOps for firmware (CI/CD pipelines for embedded).
Additional Knowledge (Big Plus)
Familiarity with Raspberry and Linux for embedded systems such as Raspberry Pi OS, SUSE, Yocto, Buildroot
Programming skills in Java and or Python
Knowledge of PCB design tools (KiCad, Altium, Eagle) – even at a basic review level.
Exposure to sensor integration using analogue and or digital I/O
Experience with power management & low-power design for IoT devices.
Understanding of mobile apps e.g. used for config and or OTA updates etc.
Knowledge of communication -, and device security (TLS, certificates, secure boot).
Understanding of cloud integration from edge devices (MQTT, REST APIs).
Additional radio and or transportation and communication protocols, such as CAN bus, Modbus, Bluetooth / BLE, Wi-Fi / TCP/IP stack basics, Modems (AT commands).
Soft Skills & Leadership
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to debug complex issues.
Ability to document code, processes, and hardware interfaces clearly.
Potential or proven ability to lead other in a team or projects
Mentoring junior developers
Driving technical decision-making
Coordinating with product/project managers
Experience
2–5 years of embedded development experience preferred, but motivated juniors with steep learning curve will also be potential candidates.
Previous experience in an IoT or other automation-oriented company with high degree of modern software development is highly valued.
